Lecture Room and Boardroom Rental for Various Occasions

GEA College offers the possibility of renting several lecture rooms and a boardroom for various purposes. Our premises are located on the mezzanine floor of the WTC building, Dunajska Cesta, next to the Ljubljana ring road, and offer a large car park below the building.

The prices exclude VAT and apply for renting the lecture room on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm and suturday from 8am to 1pm.

The rent includes the following:

• Preparation and cleaning of the selected lecture room,
• Computer with internet access and connection to the projector,
• Ceiling projector,
• Wall screen for projections,
• Laser pointer,
• Magnetic whiteboard with markers,
• Flipchart,
• Water cooler,
• Possibility of socialising and catering in the pleasant atmosphere of the lobby,
• Possibility of displaying promotional material in the lecture room.

Additional services

• Hot beverage vending machine (price depends on the selected beverage),
• Snack vending machine (price depends on the selected product),
• Photocopier for copying and scanning (price is determined by the provider – Print Boks company),
• Additional advertising on the GEA College premises (according to the valid advertising price list of the GEA College),
• Possibility of parking in the car park on more favourable terms.
