On Thursday, June 3rd, 2021 GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship organized 21st ABSRC – Advances in Business-Related Scientific Research Conference. More than 30 researchers, experts, students from all over the world (Finland, the United States, China, Indonesia, Croatia, Albania, Lithuania, Portugal, North Macedonia and Slovenia) have participated in the conference. The event was divided into two sessions, one fully devoted to the sustainability.
The conference started and ended with the Keynote Speeches from Marko Torkkeli, LUT University, Finland on the topic “Perspectives on open innovation: When theory meets practice” and Abigail Ingram, DePaul University, the United States on the topic “Gender Equity in Research and Business Post-Pandemic”.
The 21st ABSRC conference was inspired and led by the conference chair, prof. dr. Ajda Fošner. She thanked everyone present and those who contributed to the success of the conference. She has also announced the next conference ABSRC 2022, which will be held in June 2022 in Ljubljana – the conference is planned in a hybrid format with the conference serving both an in-person and virtual audience.
