The 22nd ABSRC Conference addressed important business-related topics in new reality

On Thursday, May 12, 2022 GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship organized 22nd Advances in Business-Related Scientific Research Conference (ABSRC Ljubljana 2022). Researchers, experts, students from Poland, Croatia, Kosovo, Germany and Slovenia have participated in the conference.

The event was implemented in hybrid mode with on-site presentations at GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship and online component. The conference started with the Keynote Speech by prof. dr. Alois Paulin, Professor of Digital Innovation and Transformation in Public Administration at the HVF Ludwigsburg, Germany titled »Bombing? No, hacking! How Non-Mediated Governance would prevent civil suffering in future wars«.

The conference was inspired and led by the confernce chair, prof. dr. Ajda Fošner. “On behalf of the GEA College team and the Scientific Committee of the 22th Advances in Business-Related Scientific Research Conference I would like to thank all of you for your active participation and open dialogue. I look forward to continuing, beyond this event, the very stimulating and instructive exchange of ideas we had today. Thank you.

The presenters at 22nd ABSRC Conference inspired the audience with submissions on important and actual business-related topics, that are influencing the new reality. Among the highlights of the conference was presentation of research titled “Challenges of Women Entrepreneurship”, co-authored by Mrs. Katja Kraškovic, MSc, Dean of GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship and student Maja Edelbaher Ebert, who is a member of module for talented students, GEA TOP Talents.

Prof. dr. Fošner has also announced the next ABSRC conference, which will be held in 2023. The details will be published soon on the Conference website.
