Forms of Study

1. Traditional Study

Lectures are held live in classrooms, where you have the opportunity for direct interaction with lecturers, guests, and classmates.

For part-time students, lectures are conducted in the afternoon during the week and on Saturday mornings, according to the schedule. Most lectures, tutorials, and exams take place at the faculty, with some additional activities also held via the online classroom.

The study programme is supported by the modern GEA online classroom, which provides access to materials, programme information, instructions, and other content 24/7.

2. E-study

E-learning takes place remotely via the GEA online classroom.

All study materials for individual subjects are available in the online environment, and students can adjust their study to their own schedule.

The important thing is that specific assignments and exercises are submitted within the deadlines set for each subject.

The online classroom allows access to materials and all necessary information about the study process at any time.

Duration: Three years (180 credit points)
Level and degree of education: SKO level: 7; EOK level: 6; EOVK level: First level
Acquired professional title: Bachelor of Economics; Abbreviation: BSc (Economics)
Type of programme: Undergraduate Higher Education Professional Programme
Mode of study: Part-time study (Traditional or e-study)
Progression to the 2nd year: 30 ECTS from the 1st year
Progression to the 3rd year: 45 ECTS from the 1st year and 30 ECTS from the 2nd year
Completion of studies: The student must fulfill all the obligations of the study program. The study is completed with the preparation and successful defense of the bachelor thesis (12 ECTS) or with a successfully completed final exam (12 ECTS). This accumulates a total of 180 credits.
